Campus Recruitment Drive for MBA Students by Royal Arabian Destination Management
The Career Guidance and Placement Cell of St. Agnes College (Autonomous), Centre for Post Graduate Studies and Research, Mangaluru, successfully organized a Campus Recruitment Drive for MBA students on 27 July 2026 at 9:40 a.m. in the Mother Mary Aloysia Block.
The recruitment drive was conducted by Royal World Facilitators Pvt. Ltd., Mangaluru, the sister company of Royal Arabian Destination Management (DMC), Dubai, a leading destination management company with over two decades of excellence in the travel and tourism industry. The company is renowned for delivering exceptional travel and hospitality services across the GCC region and operates offices in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Mangaluru, and Bengaluru.
The drive provided MBA students with an excellent opportunity to explore career prospects in the travel, tourism, and destination management sector. Representatives from the organization briefed the students about the company’s operations, work culture, career growth opportunities, and the roles available. The recruitment process included a pre-placement talk followed by interviews to assess the candidates’ communication skills, professional aptitude, and suitability for the available positions.
The initiative enabled students to interact directly with industry professionals, gain valuable insights into the corporate recruitment process, and showcase their potential.
