As a part of controlling the diseases like Dengue and Malaria, an activity to control/kill the larvae of mosquito vector was conducted on 2nd Aug, 2019 by 15 volunteers of Youth Red Cross. The activity started at 2.15pm and ended by 3.45pm. These volunteers went around the campus in search of any stagnant water sources like buckets, bottles, flower pots, plastic containers, tins etc. and discarded all the materials with water for avoiding breeding of mosquito vectors. They disposed all those resources they could find within the campus which would otherwise be a source for the survival of mosquito larvae. They could find in one place the stagnant water with mosquito larvae within a plastic bottle and discarded to kill the larvae.
