The program began with a warm welcome from Mr Lawrence, I MBA, which was followed by an address by Mr Ronald Gomes, the President of CASK.
The resource person was Dr Paul Aquinas, Chairman of Postgraduate Studies and Research, Dept. of Social Work, Mangalore University. Drawing upon his extensive academic and professional experience, he highlighted various contributing factors to stress. He emphasized the importance of self-awareness, resilience, effective planning, and seeking timely support to cope in a healthy manner.
The seminar was highly informative and interactive, encouraging students to reflect on their own experience and adopt positive coping mechanisms. The session reinforced the significance of maintaining mental wellness alongside academic excellence and motivated participants to cultivate healthy habits for both personal and professional growth.
The programme concluded after a brief Q&A session, with a vote of thanks by Ms. Anisha. I MBA who expressed sincere gratitude to the speaker, faculty and all the students for their participation.
