The Department of MBA and MCA, St. Agnes College (Autonomous), organised a heartfelt farewell programme for the outgoing batch of 2024–2026 on 1 August 2026 at the Seminar Hall, Centenary Block.

The programme commenced with a prayer song by the first-year MBA and MCA students, followed by a welcome address by Mr. Royston Pinto (I MCA). A cultural performance by the first-year MBA students set the tone for the celebration.Outgoing Vice-Presidents, Mr. Arsh Baksh (MBA) and Ms. Rashmi Acharya (MCA), reflected on their memorable journey at the institution. On behalf of the juniors, the current Vice-Presidents, Ms. Rachana Devadiga (MBA) and Mr. Harshith P.G. (MCA), expressed their gratitude and conveyed their best wishes to the graduating batch.

The Principal, Sr. Dr. M. Venissa A.C., addressed the gathering, offering her blessings and words of encouragement for the students’ future endeavours. She also administered the graduating oath to the outgoing students.

The programme featured a melodious musical performance by the first-year MBA and MCA students, adding warmth and emotion to the occasion. The event concluded with a vote of thanks by Ms. Ashika Shetty (I MCA), followed by the College Anthem. The farewell celebrated the achievements, memories, and contributions of the outgoing students, wishing them every success in their future pursuits. The programme was conducted in a joyful and dignified atmosphere with the enthusiastic participation of students and faculty members.

Following the formal programme, the MBA department gathered for its informal farewell session titled “Alvida,” organised by the first-year MBA students as a special send-off for their seniors. The session featured vibrant performances, fun-filled activities and heartfelt messages that celebrated the graduating batch’s journey. Seniors reminisced about their experiences at the institution, while juniors expressed their gratitude and best wishes. The event concluded on a joyful and emotional note, providing a memorable farewell to the outgoing MBA batch.
