A session on the topic “A Little Extra about Nature” was conducted by the Nature Club on 20th December. The programme began with a prayer song that created a serene and positive ambience. The resource person highlighted the importance of nature and the value of natural food sources in maintaining good health.

The talk focused on several locally available fruits and vegetables rich in iron and protein, including Senna tora, Ixora, jackfruit, drumstick, and cashew nuts. The nutritional significance of these plants was explained in detail, helping students understand how incorporating them into their daily diet can promote better health and well-being.

The session was highly informative and successfully established the connection between nature, nutrition, and healthy living. Students participated enthusiastically and displayed keen interest throughout the programme, making the session both engaging and enriching.
