AGNESIA – ASPIRIA, MBA Fest

Renowned Kannada actor Vijay Raghavendra, the Chief Guest of the National Level IT and Management Fest Agnesia 2K25, graced the Inauguration Ceremony held at the Mother Mary Aloysia Centenary Auditorium, adding glamour and inspiration to the occasion. The event was hosted by MBA student MCs Gibson and Athmika, in the presence of the Principal Sr Dr M. Venissa A.C., the Vice Principal Sr Dr M. Vinora A.C., the HOD of MBA Mrs. Sherlyn Preethika, and other distinguished faculty members. The program began with a soulful choir prayer song followed by a vibrant cultural dance performance, and the traditional lighting of the lamp marked the auspicious beginning of the fest. The Chief Guest, Actor Vijay Raghavendra, delivered an inspiring address, sharing motivating thoughts and warm wishes for the success of the fest, while the Principal and Vice Principal also encouraged the gathering with their words. After the formal proceedings, participants and guests were served breakfast, and by 11:15 am, the MBA rounds officially began, ushering in the competitive events of Agnesia 2K25.

The Management and Cultural Event Rounds of Agnesia 2K25 showcased a vibrant mix of talent, skills, and creativity through competitions such as Crown Verse (Best Manager), Arcane (Human Resource Event) featuring multiple HR-specific challenges, Vogue (Marketing Event) with rounds centered on marketing strategies, Sherlock (Business Quiz/Debate/Simulation Event) that blended quizzes with mystery-solving tasks, Heistify (Finance Event) involving case analysis and planning activities, Pinnacles (Best Management Team) testing coordination and managerial acumen, and Bridgerton (Public Relations Event) highlighting PR and communication skills. Alongside these, the fest also celebrated creativity and talent through cultural events such as Mr & Ms Aspiria with personality and showcase rounds, Voice of Aspiria for solo singing talent, and Lagaan, an energetic gully cricket tournament following a league or elimination format, making the fest a holistic blend of management expertise and cultural expression.

Mr. Praveen Kumar Kalbhavi, Managing Director & CEO of Novigo Solutions, graced the Valedictory Ceremony of the National Level IT and Management Fest Agnesia 2K25 as the Chief Guest, held on 19th September 2025 at 4:00 pm in the Mother Mary Aloysia Centenary Auditorium. Hosted by MCA student MCs under the guidance of the MCA Department, the ceremony featured an inspiring address by the Chief Guest, who emphasized the importance of commitment, productivity, perseverance, and self-investment to reach full potential in today’s competitive IT market. This was followed by the much-awaited Prize Distribution Ceremony, beginning with the MBA Department prize winners, including the announcement of the Overall Champions and Runners-up, and continuing with the MCA Department’s awards and recognition of participants, culminating in the declaration of the Overall Champions and Runners-up. After celebratory photography sessions with winners and participants, the program concluded with the College Anthem, bringing Agnesia 2K25 to a memorable close.
