As part of the Agnes Towards Community, the students of St Agnes College (Autonomous), Mangaluru, a visit to Mussanje old age home, Bendoorwell, Mangalore, Dakshina Kannada was organized on 4 March 2023. There were 9 elderly inmates (three male and six female) at the old age home. Our students interacted with the elderly followed by an entertainment program with music, songs, and dance. The inmates were very happy and blessed everyone. Later, puffs and cakes were distributed to them. We had also given rice, vegetables, tea, snacks, toiletries and more as a part of our donation to them. It was a joyous occasion with full of satisfaction that the team could bring some rays of happiness among the elderly. The program was carried out under the guidance of Mr Vijesh K, Assistant Professor, Department of Computer Applications.
