The Department of Commerce organized a Career Guidance Session on SAP and Business Analytics for 132 final-year B.Com students at St. Agnes Autonomous College. The session was conducted on 21st August 2025 at Sophia Block with Mr. Roger K.M, Founder & Director of Business Intelligence Lab, Mangaluru, as the resource person. His expertise in ERP systems and analytics helped students understand the role of SAP in streamlining business functions and the growing scope of AI and ML in modern applications.
The resource person also gave a live demonstration of SAP software, allowing students to witness real-time business processes and data flow. He further highlighted the career opportunities, demand for SAP-certified professionals, and the value of professional certifications in enhancing employability. The session successfully motivated students to align their academic knowledge with industry-relevant skills, making it a valuable initiative for their career advancement.
