The HOD of Psychology arranged a seminar on career options in Big Data Analytics and PG Diploma in Business Data Analytics for the Final year BA students of Psychology and Political Science on 13 February 2020. The Resource person was Mrs Anushree Raj, HOD, MSc Big data Analytics St Agnes College (Autonomous) Centre for Post Graduate Studies and Research, oriented about the importance and uses of Big data Analytics and Business Data Analytics in an organizational set up. The session was very informative and helpful. The PG students of Big Data Analytics assisted her. She a gave detailed information on how this medium works and how beneficial it is for the society. The use of Big data Analytics in the field of different sectors like Bank, Healthcare, Transport, Industry and finance along with the career options were explained.
