The programme began with a prayer led by Shreya and group, invoking divine blessings for the success of the session. Stancy efficiently compered the programme and ensured its smooth flow. Hasna extended a warm welcome to the gathering, setting a positive tone for the event.
The resource person for the session was Ms Prima Mezita Ferrao, Assistant Professor, Department of Nutrition and Health Education, St Agnes College. She delivered an insightful session on how food choices affect mental well-being and how students can manage stress without resorting to unhealthy eating habits.
The session concluded with a vote of thanks proposed by Faha, who expressed gratitude to the resource person, organisers, and participants for their enthusiastic involvement.
