The Inauguration Ceremony, Pre-Placement Talk and Job Drive of JOB CONNECT 2025, organised by St. Agnes College (Autonomous), Mangaluru, in association with Magic Bus Foundation, was held on 28th October 2025 at 9:50 a.m. in the Seminar Hall, Centenary Block.
The programme aimed to provide students with direct employment opportunities through the job drive, along with essential orientation on recruitment processes and industry expectations. Representatives from various reputed organizations addressed the students, sharing insights on job roles, required skill sets, selection procedures, and career growth opportunities.
As part of JOB CONNECT 2025, company-wise recruitment and interaction sessions were conducted with the following room allotments: First Source (Online) in Room A2, Veronica Block; TCT, Bright Champs, K12, Clients HR, and Winman in the Avila Hall, Avila Block; Cogent in Room L1, Avila Block; and Rohan Corporation, represented by its Public Relation Officer, in Room 2.
The event was well-organized and highly beneficial, offering students both exposure to corporate expectations and a platform to participate in on-campus recruitment. Overall, JOB CONNECT 2025 served as a meaningful initiative in enhancing students’ employability and facilitating placement opportunities.
