The programme commenced at 9:15 AM with Ms. Tiona, an II MBA student, serving as the Master of Ceremonies. The event began with a soulful prayer song rendered by Nicole and team, followed by a warm welcome and an introduction of the speaker by Ms. Vaishnavi, an MBA student.
Mr. Alison began his session with an engaging “fruit salad” analogy, encouraging students to embrace diversity and harmony in life. He delved into thought-provoking questions such as “Can everyone become a leader?” leading into a detailed discussion on the essential qualities of effective leadership.
Throughout the day, the speaker provided valuable tips on becoming a successful leader and emphasized the importance of vision, collaboration, and adaptability.
