The postgraduate students were divided into six groups, with each group presenting a unique and insightful topic:
1. Mindful Consumption
2. Netiquettes
3. Beyond Insecurities: Fostering Positive Body Image
4. Conflict Management
5. Identity Beyond Labels
6. Digital Literacy
The sessions were designed for PU, UG, and postgraduate students, with each lasting 45–50 minutes. Every module combined ice-breakers, interactive presentations, and activities that encouraged active participation and reflection.
The purpose of these sessions was to create awareness about key issues faced by youth today and to equip them with practical skills for managing challenges in both their personal and digital lives. Students not only learned about responsible communication, conflict resolution, self-acceptance, and mindful living, but also gained confidence in applying these tools to their daily experiences.
Feedback from participants reflected that the sessions were both enriching and impactful. The event turned out to be a meaningful celebration of International Youth Day, fostering awareness, interaction, and growth among the students while reinforcing the importance of empowering youth as change-makers in society.
