The Department of Clinical Psychology at St. Agnes Centre for Postgraduate Studies and Research organized a student enrichment webinar titled “Opportunities and Scope in Psycho-Oncology – A Career Guidance Webinar” on July 8, 2025, via Google Meet. The session, conducted for postgraduate students of Clinical Psychology and Psychology, featured Ms. Neha Tojan, Psychologist at the Department of Psycho-Oncology, Cancer Institute WIA, Adayar, and a distinguished alumna of the department.Drawing from her clinical expertise, Ms. Tojan shared valuable insights into the psychological aspects of cancer care, highlighting interventions such as grief counseling, psychoeducation, and psychosocial assessments. She also discussed the scope, challenges, and interdisciplinary roles within the field of psycho-oncology.This webinar served as an enriching academic initiative, encouraging students to explore specialized and emerging career paths in mental health care.
