Human rights Education Cell organised Orientation’ programme for the members of the cell on 26 July 2025. Dr Annapoorna Shet, Assistant Professor of Law, SDM Law College Mangalore was the Resource Person. An insightful talk was delivered on Human Right issues and challenges encountered in India and Worldwide. Dr Annapoorna spoke on the violation of Human Rights of the vulnerable section of the society which includes Women and children and the need to protect Human Rights through education and sensitisation on the applicability of laws for the protection of Human Rights in the society.
Dr Meera Convenor of HREC coordinated the program. Ms Fathima Fida student Secretary compered the program Ms Jasthiya welcomed the gathering and Ms Sharvari rendered the vote of thanks
