The programme commenced with an introduction to the resource person, Mr. Joshua Daniel, who opened the first day with an inspiring session on self-awareness, communication, and the mission of Magic Bus India Foundation under the theme “Childhood to Livelihood.” Day 1 also included interactive storytelling, group activities, and exercises focused on strengthening communication and listening skills. Day 2 continued with self-introduction and self-appraisal activities led by Mr. Daniel, followed by a detailed session on interview skills by Mr. Ajay Kumar, who emphasised interview etiquette, body language, and effective communication strategies.
On Day 3, students were introduced to various types of interview questions and best answering techniques. Mr. Daniel guided them through practical interview scenarios, boosting their confidence and refining their communication skills. Day 4 focused on the crucial topic of Resume and CV writing, where students learned about structure, content, and professional presentation. Interactive activities such as self-appraisal and one-minute spot topic speaking further enhanced their public speaking and critical thinking abilities.
The final day featured an engaging Mock Interview Training session led by Mr. Ajay Kumar, where students actively participated as both interviewers and interviewees. This hands-on exposure helped them understand real interview dynamics and receive constructive feedback. The programme concluded with a Valedictory Ceremony anchored by Mrs. Deeksha, which included the distribution of certificates. The event was graced by Mrs. Sheryl Preethika (HOD–MBA), Mrs. Panchajanyeswari M Achar (HOD–MCA),Dr. Mallika Shetty, and Mr. Roopesh Kumar, Assistant Professors, MBA Department, Mrs Akshatha Shetty, Ms Vaishnavi Shenoy, Assistant Professors, MCA Department, along with Magic Bus Trainers. Student reflections by Sharona Reema D’Costa (MBA) and Abhilash (MCA) highlighted the impact of the programme, followed by a Vote of Thanks delivered by Keerthana (MBA).
