The Department of Microbiology organized a capacity building program on “Your Psychological career toolkit : profiles , hiring and emotional intelligence” by Ms Rashmi Mallya, Psychologist and Life skill trainer on 16 August 2024 in A2, St Agnes College ( autonomous ), Mangaluru for the Microbiology students of first, second and third degree class.
Ms Rashmi enlightened the gathering on care of mental health, types of stress and significance of emotional intelligence. She also highlighted the importance of psychological wellbeing, time management, career opportunities and personality development. This was followed by a question and answer session.
