A Seminar on Communication skills was organised by Business Administration for BBA students. Dr. Malini N Hebbar engaged students with activities, a presentation on communication skills, and discussions on key concepts like win-win situations, positive mindsets, and understanding others’ perspectives. She covered the 3 V’s (vocal, verbal, and visual) and 4 P’s (pitch, pace, power, and pause) in communication, along with tone, body language, eye contact, and the ‘Z’ rule. She also introduced topics like kinesics, haptics, chromatics, and proxemics, offering advice on achieving success.
