As part of the extension activity organized by the Department of Commerce, four of our final-year students, serving as soft skills student trainers, took on the role of resource persons and conducted interactive sessions at Dr. G. Shankar Government Women’s First Grade College and Post Graduate Study Centre, Udupi, and Government First Grade College, Kaup on 7 August 2025. The activity aimed at nurturing leadership qualities and enhancing peer-to-peer learning. The following soft skill topics were covered during the sessions:
This initiative exemplifies the students’ ability to lead and disseminate knowledge while simultaneously enhancing their own competencies through real-time engagement with their peers in a professional setting.
The sessions were well-received and appreciated by the host institutions.
