The Department of Business Administration, St Agnes College (Autonomous), Mangaluru organised a one day workshop to the first degree BBA students on the topic “Aspire to Inspire” on 21 November 2022. The session highlighted on the value of having the correct mindset, employability skills, communication skills, and teamwork abilities. The lesson encouraged students to think beyond the box and to express their critical, creative, and original ideas. The resource person was Mr Ronald Mendonca, Principal Consultant and Career Coach, Smart Solutions, Mangaluru.
