The Department of Business Administration organized a workshop on Clocks and Calendars on 24th September 2025. The session was conducted by Dr. Adelaide Saldanha, Retired Associate Professor and Former Head of the Department of Mathematics, St. Agnes College (Autonomous), Mangaluru. Dr. Saldanha explained the concepts of clocks and calendars using shortcut methods and the practical approach of problem solving helped students to understand complex problems in a simple and systematic manner. The students actively participated throughout the session, and the methods demonstrated proved to be extremely useful for academic as well as competitive examinations. The workshop was well-received, and the participants expressed their appreciation for the clarity and effectiveness of the session.
As a gesture of appreciation, Mrs. K.M. Chethana, Dean of Commerce and Management, presented a token of gratitude to Dr. Adelaide Saldanha.
