In the afternoon session, he introduced the participants to the concept of Docker and basic Docker Commands. Simultaneously, he guided the participants through hands-on execution of basic Docker commands and explained how to pull a Docker image from Docker Hub and create containers from the image. All the participants actively involved in the learning process with hands-on training given by the resource person. He also elaborated on the functioning of Docker Volumes. The workshop was concluded by Mrs. Akshatha Shetty, who proposed the vote of thanks.
The workshop proved beneficial for the teaching faculties of both B.C,A and M.C.A as they were introduced to the new concept of Docker. A total of 12 faculty members benefited from the workshop.
