The Department of Business Administration, St. Agnes College (Autonomous), Mangaluru, organized a workshop on “Team Building – Building Teams, Creating Success” for first-year students on 5 February 2026 at 2.00 p.m. in the Avila Hall.
The programme was compered by Ms. Abigail, I BBA. Ms. Anitha S., Head of the Department, welcomed the resource speaker Mr. Louis Manoj, Associate Professor, Manjunatha Pai Memorial Government First Grade College, Karkala.
During the session, the resource speaker emphasized the importance of team building in academic and professional settings. The workshop covered aspects such as effective communication, leadership, coordination, trust, and problem-solving through activity-based learning.
At the end of the programme, Mr. Melson D’Souza, Convener of the workshop, presented a memento to the resource speaker.
