COMQUEST

St. Agnes College (Autonomous), Mangaluru hosted the Intra Departmental Fest SANGAM 2026, with COMQUEST 2026 as the B.Com segment of the fest. The event was held on 6th March 2026 at 9:15 a.m. in the Centenary Auditorium. The programme was inaugurated by Sr. Janet Sequeira A.C., Vice Principal of St. Agnes PU College, Mangaluru, who motivated the students with an inspiring address encouraging them to showcase their creativity and talents throughout the fest.

Several competitions were conducted as part of COMQUEST 2026. The Marketing Event, organised by Mrs. Vineetha and led by Alima Hanaan, was conducted in three rounds—Brand Blitz, Strategy Sprint, and Brand Pitch Battle. The judges Mrs. Nimitha K and Dr. R. Nagesh appreciated the innovative marketing strategies presented by the participants.

The Human Resource Event, organised by Mrs. Pooja Shetty and coordinated by Ms. Elcita Rodrigues, tested participants’ HR knowledge and analytical skills. Out of ten teams, five teams qualified for the final round. Judges Mr. Chacko and Ms. Sabina D’Souza commended the teams for their creativity and presentations.

The Corporate Walk 2026, organised under the initiative of Ms. Merin with Sweedal Monis as the event head and Mr. Nabhan as the MC, witnessed enthusiastic participation. The judges Ms. Mokshitha and Ms. Joanna Thomas appreciated the teams for their confidence, coordination, and presentation skills.

The Pitch Battle, organised by Miss Anusha Noronha and coordinated by Ms. Prerana B, encouraged teams to present innovative business ideas. Judges Mrs. Sheryl Preethika and Mr. Melson appreciated the creativity and feasibility of the ideas presented.

The Variety Show, organised by Sr Christina Delphine A C with support from Ms. Kamarunisa, showcased students’ talents in dance, singing, and drama. The event was judged by Mr. Arjun Manjunath Acharya and Ms. Manisha Kashyap, who praised the participants’ enthusiasm and creativity.

A Business Quiz was also conducted with the participation of 18 teams, making it an engaging and competitive event. The quiz was led by Mr. Shaun Melric Fernandes, with support from Mr. Fredwin and Ms. Bhumika.

The fest concluded with the Valedictory Ceremony at 3:15 p.m., with Dr. Zubaida H., Associate Professor and HOD of Commerce, as the Chief Guest. The event was coordinated by Mrs. Vineetha N. T., Sr. Christina Delphine A. C., and Ms. Mokshitha S, with Mr. Kowshik Shetty as the student coordinator. Many students actively took part in the competitions, and their enthusiastic participation marking the successful completion of COMQUEST 2026.
