The tournament was inaugurated by Mr. Mohammed Saleem, Founder of Trescon, in the esteemed presence of Sr Dr M. Vinora AC, Sr Dr M. Venessa AC, and the faculty members of the MBA department. The inaugural ceremony highlighted the importance of sports in promoting physical fitness, teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship among students.
A total of eight teams—Lana Strikers, Agno Glanza, Team Tatvamasi, MFC Dominatrix, Royal Strikers, Team One80, Team Nandi, and Last Benchers—participated in the tournament. Each match was marked by intense competition, strategic play, and commendable team spirit, keeping the spectators engaged and cheering throughout the event.
The final match between Team Tatvamasi and Team One80 was a thrilling encounter. After a closely contested game, Team One80 emerged as the champions, while Team Tatvamasi secured the runners-up position.
The Elite Trophy 2025 concluded on a triumphant note and was widely appreciated for its excellent organisation and spirited participation. The event stood as a testament to the MBA department’s commitment to fostering holistic student development by encouraging extracurricular activities alongside academic excellence.
