The Centre for Post Graduate Studies and Research, St Agnes College (Autonomous), Mangaluru, organized a Beach Cleaning Activity at Ullal Beach on January 11, 2026, as part of its environmental conservation initiatives. The programme was conducted in collaboration with Plastic Fischer India Pvt. Ltd. and the Anti Pollution Drive (APD) Foundation, Mangaluru.
The activity took place from 8:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. with active participation from students. The activity created awareness about marine pollution and highlighted the importance of sustainable waste management practices.Theprogramme offered a meaningful learning experience, instilling environmental awareness, teamwork, and social responsibility among students. The initiative concluded successfully, reinforcing the importance of collective action in preserving the environment.
