An insightful session titled “Hack Your Health – Simple Changes, Big Results” was held with great enthusiasm on 02 January 2026 in the A2 Hall, Carmel Block, St. Agnes College. The purpose of the session was to create awareness about health and well-being. The chief guest of the event was Ms. Prima Ferrao, Assistant Professor in the Department of Nutrition and Health Education and a distinguished freelance dietitian. Her professional strengths lie in evidence-based nutrition education, a balanced and practical approach to wellness, and a steadfast commitment to empowering individuals through knowledge.

The welcome speech was delivered, following which Ms. Ferrao emphasized the importance of healthy living and explained how even small habits can bring significant improvements in one’s health. During the session, she discussed various aspects of wellness related to food, body, and mind. She shared practical tips on developing healthy habits and provided useful study hacks to enhance academic performance. Her interactive approach kept the students engaged throughout the session.
