A one-day workshop on Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NPL) was held on 26 April 2023 at St Agnes College (Autonomous), Mangaluru. The resource person of the day was Mrs Disha Rag, Consultant Psychologist. She was welcomed by Chaaya student Vice President. Mrs Disha Rag, conducted the workshop involving interesting and enriching, group as well as individual activities. She also explained in detail about NLP and its applications. The programme began with a prayer song. Soromi, the secretary of Psychology forum compered the programme. Towards the end of the programme, few students gave their feedback about the workshop. The session was very interesting and interactive. Mrs Vinatha K, HOD, Dr Hithakshi B., Convenor and Mrs Divya Ramachandran, Assistant Professor of Department Psychology were present.
