St Agnes Center for Post-Graduation Studies and Research organized a workshop on R Programming for statistical computations in the college premises for 2nd year M.Com students on August 1, 2018. Mrs Shubharekha, HOD of Statistics department, St. Agnes College was the resource person for the programme. Mrs Dolan Banerjee, Faculty of M.Com department and all II M.com students attended this workshop programme.
The major objective of this programme was to train the students about R programing and SPSS statistical packages which is helpful for data analysis during their researches and project work. Students were given information regarding R programming software and were taught how to use the statistical package for data analysis by using examples of various questionnaires.
