The session started with a prayer by Ms Manisha, Ms Lykhith and Ms Mawi, Second year M. Com students followed by the introduction of the speaker by Ms Sabah.
The objective of the session was to acquaint the students about different HR policies. Ms Veekshitha concentrated on the process of recruitment and selection, training and development, promotional policies and types. She also highlighted the importance of HR in corporate world. She motivated students to be part of various internship program which would not only help them to learn concepts in a better way but also make them confident and distinctive.
It was an erudite session for the students. The beneficiaries of the session were M. Com students. The speaker encouraged students to focus on their short-term and long-term goals. Finally, the forum was open for questions. The speaker clarified the questions raised by the participants. The session concluded with vote of thanks by Ms Sabah. Dr Dolan Champa Banerjee, Head, Post Graduate Department of Commerce compered the session and personally thanked the speaker.
