The workshop was designed to be both informative and practical, focusing on the high-demand sectors of public service and banking. Mr. Ganesh Hebbar provided an in-depth breakdown of various competitive exams, specifically focusing on Bank Exams (IBPS, SBI), SSC CGL, and other prominent Government Exams. He explained the selection processes, eligibility criteria, and the nature of the various tiers/stages involved. A significant portion of the workshop was dedicated to mathematical and logical reasoning. The resource person demonstrated short-cut methods and alternative approaches to complex problems, emphasizing speed and accuracy—two critical factors in competitive testing.
The workshop was primarily curated for the First-Year B.Com students. As these students were at the beginning of their undergraduate journey, the session served as a foundational guide to help them align their current academic studies with long-term career goals in the public sector.
