Technovate 2025 – 2026

St. Agnes College (Autonomous), Mangaluru hosted the Intra Departmental Fest SANGAM 2026, with TECHNOVATE – 2026 as the BCA segment of the fest. The event was held on 6th March 2026 at 9:15 a.m. in the Centenary Auditorium. The programme was inaugurated by Sr. Janet Sequeira A.C., Vice Principal of St. Agnes PU College, Mangaluru, who motivated the students with an inspiring address encouraging them to showcase their creativity and talents throughout the fest.

The intra-departmental fest TECHNOVATE organized by the Department of Computer Applications at St. Agnes College (Autonomous)  showcased a total of fifteen competitions, with eight conducted on the event day and the remaining seven held a week prior. These competitions encompassed various domains such as Mehendi Logo, Digital Poster Making, Talent Show, AI Prompt, IT Quiz, Gaming, Ball Showdown(Girls), Mini Miltia(Boys), Coding, Dance, Face, Painting, Singing, Photography, Cooking Without Fire, Reel Making, Treasure Hunt, Tech Walk It provided a platform for the BCA students to exhibit their talents and skills.

Mrs Panchajaneshwari, HOD and Asst Professor, MCA, St Agnes College (Autonomous), was the Chief Guest for the Valedictory program. During this ceremony the top scorers were honored.  III BCA ‘A’ & ‘B’ batch emerged as the Overall Champions and II BCA ‘A’ & ‘B’ Batch as the Runners-Up of TECHNOVATE 2025-2026. Mrs. Malavika Shetty, Head of the Department of Computer Applications and Fest Coordinator, commended the students for their efforts in organizing the fest. Ms Neetha Kripalini expressed gratitude for their active involvement. Ms. Samantha from III BCA hosted the Valedictory program.
