The members of Litwit Literary and Western Dramatics Club visited the Animal Care trust as a part of their service activity on 27 February, 2020 at 3.30 p.m. Nine members including the Litwit Literary and Western Dramatics Club secretary Arolyn Rodrigues along with one faculty member MsRaveena Mascarenhas visited the shelter to handover the things such as cotton clothes, soaps, phenyl and newspapers collected from the members. The students spent some time going around the shelter and the volunteer briefed the students about the service the shelter renders towards these homeless animals. This visit sensitized the students to the needs of animals in terms of food, medicine and care and also the dangers that the stray animals face.
