The session was led by Mr. K. B. Vinay Kumar, a renowned practitioner and expert in Sahaja Yoga. Participants, including teaching and non-teaching staff, alumni, and students, actively engaged in the session to relax and unwind.
The program saw the presence of Sr Dr Roopa AC Vice Principal, Dr. Tangarani, the Physical Culture Instructor, Lt. Gayathri BK, and Flying Officer Dr. Hithakshi, NCC officers, who supported and observed the activities.
The “Wellness through Sahaja Yoga” workshop was highly successful, with participants experiencing significant relaxation and stress relief. The overall feedback was excellent, indicating that the program effectively promoted mental well-being and provided valuable techniques for stress management. Seventy-six students benefited from the session, and the positive outcomes suggest that such initiatives can greatly enhance mental health awareness on campus.
