The intra-departmental fest TECHNOVATE – 2024 was held on 9 March 2024, organized by the Department of Computer Applications at St Agnes College (Autonomous), Mnagaluru.
Mrs. Panchajanyeshwari, Head of the MCA department at St Agnes College, graced the Inaugural function as the chief guest. Ms. Diya Thampi from I BCA hosted the Inaugural program, while Ms. Rashmi R Acharya, Vice President of Computer Applications from III BCA, briefed the audience on the day’s events. The welcome address was delivered by Ms. Nebisha Muneesha, a student of III BCA, followed by a vote of thanks from Ms. Varsha, also from III BCA.
The fest showcased a total of 15 competitions, with four conducted on the event day and the remaining eleven held a week prior. These competitions encompassed various domains such as

Every student of the BCA department participated in at least one event, providing a platform for them to exhibit their talents and skills.
Mrs. Akshatha Shetty, Assistant Professor at the MCA department of St Agnes College, was the Chief Guest for the Valedictory program. During this ceremony the top scorers were honored. III BCA ‘B’ Batch emerged as the Overall Champions and III BCA ‘A’ Batch as the Runners-Up of TECHNOVATE 2023-2024. Mrs. Malavika Shetty, Head of the Department of Computer Applications and Fest Coordinator, commended the students for their efforts in organizing the fest and expressed gratitude for their active involvement. Ms. Jeshal from I BCA hosted the Valedictory program.
