National Cadet Corps, St Agnes College (Autonomous), Mangaluru organized a Motivational Lecture on “Float like a Butterfly, Sting like a bee” on 5 May, 2023. The resource speaker was Ms. Gremsy Sequeira, Alumna, St Agnes College Mangalore. Manager-Training & Communication (Organizational Resilience), Games Kraft, Trainer-EXPA CADET Program. Ms Gremsy Sequeira herself was a source of motivation to the cadets. By giving examples from her own life she inspired cadets sharing the importance of positive thinking and right attitude which brings optimism into life. She emphasized on the point that constructive changes can make life successful. Cadets gave cultural performances like group song, classical dance and folk dance. Prize distribution for the various events conducted for the training year was held during this occasion. Total 54 cadets and ANOs, Lt Gayathri BK, Army Wing and Flying Officer Dr Hithakshi, Air Wing were present during the programme.
