The Department of Journalism and Mass Communication, along with first-year and final-year students, visited Pilikula Heritage Village on Thursday, January 23, 2026, as part of their practical training in outdoor videography.
The field visit was organized to provide students with hands-on experience in outdoor video shooting, camera handling, framing, and visual storytelling in a real-time environment.
A total of 42 students participated in the practical exercise. They were accompanied by Anusha A, Head of the Department, and Manish, Assistant Professor, Department of Journalism and Mass Communication, who guided the students throughout the session.
