The Department of Commerce at St Agnes College (Autonomous), Mnagaluru organized a successful Soft Skills Workshop for 170 students for the first and second-year B.Ed students at Govt B.Ed College, Hampankatta on 22 March 2024. Led by student trainers, including Ms. Alisha, Ms. Sherlita, Ms. Kiran, Ms. Malavika, Ms. Vineeta, and Ms. Sanjana, all second and third-year B.Com with ACCA students, the workshop focused on enhancing crucial soft skills essential for personal and professional growth. Covering topics such as communication skills, team building, emotional intelligence, and adaptability, the sessions were interactive and engaging, encouraging active participation from attendees.
The workshop received overwhelmingly positive feedback, with participants expressing gratitude for the practical insights gained and highlighting the workshop’s relevance in today’s competitive world.
