The Department of MBA hosted an engaging photography competition centered around the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) on 18th June 2026. The event commenced with a brief introduction and the official theme reveal led by Mr. Roopesh Kumar, Assistant Professor of MBA. He announced the focus of the competition to be SDG 5: Gender Equality, challenging students to capture the essence of this vital global objective through their camera lenses.
The competition saw enthusiastic participation from MBA students. To ensure a deeper understanding of the theme, participants were required to submit original photographs accompanied by thoughtful and appropriate captions that articulated their visual message regarding gender equality.
The submissions were evaluated based on thematic relevance, visual impact, and the strength of the accompanying captions. The results of the competition saw Bhavishya J K (I MBA) securing the first place, followed by Anisha Valeny Pereira (I MBA) in second place, and Aarti Shet (II MBA) taking the third place.
