The department of BBA organized a guest talk on the topic-‘The Leader in Me and the Seven Habits of a highly successful Leader’ on 23rd July 2019 at 2.00pm.
Mrs Aruna Doreen Menezes, Asst. Professor St Aloysius College, Beeri was the guest speaker.
Mr Elson Dsouza, Assistant professor of BBA department welcomed and introduced the guest to the gathering. Mrs Aruna spoke about the qualities of a leader and she gave various tips to bulid a leader within us. The speaker concentrated on Stephen Covey’s 7 habits of highly successful leader. She put forth the 7 habits such as be proactive, begin with the end in mind, put first things first, don’t compete, communicate well, join a diverse learning community, sharpen the saw.
Mrs Aruna concluded by saying to become a successful leader we should begin the change within ourselves. Ms Jinisha of II BBA delivered the vote of thanks.
