The Department of Commerce, St Agnes College (Autonomous), Mangaluru organised a Soft Skill workshop titled ‘Train the Trainer’ on 8 November 2022. Ananya Hebbar, Marketing Professional was the resource person.
The workshop commenced with a prayer song followed by welcome and introduction of the resource person. There were 70 participants who participated in the workshop. Resource person divided the participants into five groups and conducted activities like Jigsaw puzzle, Team building, Persuasion, Empathy, Interpersonal skill, Emotional intelligence, Teamwork, Negotiation, Listening and Decision making skills, Collage making, Leadership skills and Presentation skills.
The workshop concluded with vote of thanks by Ms Nikita Shetty, Vice President of Commerce.
